To make a return you must follow these steps:

2. Then go to History and order details

3. Click on the Details of your order

5. Briefly tell us the reason for your return.

6. Click on Start the return.

Your return will be pending authorization by Liontack , you will receive a message in your email to inform you that you can send the package to our facilities.

Once the return is authorized, download the return document in My Returns (PRINT) and put it inside the package, you can also download it from HERE

We do not accept postage due or cash on delivery shipments.
